A private, held space to recalibrate your body and energy system.
In these two hours, we work with what is present - physically, emotionally and energetically. This is a space to release what feels heavy, reconnect with your inner guidance and return to your own rhythm.
At the beginning, you intuitively choose your herbal tea (e.g. Blue Lotus, Rose, Chamomile, Rosemary…) in alignment with your intention. Each plant carries distinct qualities and gently supports the tone of the session, whether grounding, opening, calming or clarifying your inner state.
From there, you simply lie down and allow yourself to receive.
There is nothing to perform. Nothing to explain. Nothing to fix.
A massage for your energy system, I work with your body and field through Reiki, grounding touch, subtle guidance and nervous system regulation, meeting what is ready to shift.

After the session, we will have a talk about the experience and you receive personalized integration guidance and tools to support you.
